Emily came to my home on one of my first few days home from the hospital for a lactation visit. The time we spent together was invaluable. I had so many questions about whether or not I was making milk, if my baby was latched on properly and when to start pumping. She made what could have been an overwhelming time for me much more relaxed by teaching and reassuring me. Thank you Emily and Boston NAPS!

Ellen was just wonderful. She is so friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and helped me to get a handle on breastfeeding and pumping. After Ellen left, I was able to breastfeed with confidence.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Grace and Boston NAPS for the invaluable service you provided today. I had high hopes that you would be able to help us with introducing bottle feeding to our daughter. My hopes were realized better than I could have ever imagined. Words cannot properly express how grateful we are.

We feel blessed to have found Boston NAPS for our pre-natal class, lactation consultation and CPR training... Overall, we loved knowing that we were dealing with medical professionals who have trained experience in the field. Every time we contacted Boston NAPS we received an immediate response and felt comforted knowing that we could reach out to them at any time for anything from a night nurse to education. You ladies are amazing. We recommend you to all new parents and hope to work with you again!

My family has used Boston NAPS as a resource preparing for our first child such as their infant CPR class, car seat installation/inspection and the New Mom’s Survival Guide, which I found exceptionally helpful as a first time parent. The staff is not only highly knowledgeable in infant care but also very personable and eager to help the community with all their baby and toddler needs. I would highly recommend NAPS programming for all Boston area parents.

The feel of the Boston NAPS classes in general I think seem more comfortable and pleasant (than hospital classes). The nurses seem more passionate and caring to really make sure you feel good about the information and can ask questions whether it be about those specific class topics or anything else relating to pregnancy, postpartum, socially, logistically, schools, daycare etc. We definitely have been happy with all the services we’ve taken advantage of that they offer thus far.

I HIGHLY recommend Boston NAPS to all new parents, and especially parents of preemies or newborns who need any type of special care and attention. Jamie O’Day and the Boston NAPS nurses have been amazing while helping me care for my preemie newborn son since we brought him home from the NICU... I’m very thankful that my pediatrician recommended using Boston NAPS. Jamie and the nurses have made a hugely positive impact on me and my son.
