Mindful Meals for Mamas

This workshop will discuss nourishing action steps and tools to help you navigate your post-baby body and all the emotions that come with our changing bodies or hormones after having a baby.

Taught by a fitness instructor and holistic health coach.

Topics Include:

  • Fueling your body with the postpartum nutrition it needs for recovery, breastfeeding and the rigors of parenthood

  • Preparing (and fitting in) mindful meals throughout the day

  • Learning how to quiet the noise and pressures to “get your body back” after having a baby
