This workshop will discuss nourishing action steps and tools to help you navigate your post-baby body and all the emotions that come with our changing bodies or hormones after having a baby.

Class Duration: 90 minutes

Taught by a fitness instructor and holistic health coach.
Fueling your body with the postpartum nutrition it needs for recovery, breastfeeding and the rigors of parenthood
Preparing (and fitting in) mindful meals throughout the day
Learning how to quiet the noise and pressures to “get your body back” after having a baby
*Babies are welcome to attend this workshop with you.
