B.Y.O.B. Barre Class
Focus on muscle toning, safe core exercise tailored to your postpartum body and lots of stretching. We increase the burn on our leg work by inviting moms to B.Y.O.B (Bring Your Own Baby) and wear them in their carrier for the first half of the class. However, babies are always free to watch or nap in a carseat, Boppy pillow or on a blanket next to you. Remember, we never wake a sleeping baby!
What to Expect
Class Duration: 45 minutes
Taught by an instructor certified in prenatal fitness.
Our barre classes take place at our Boston NAPS Studio in South Boston.
