You've read books and countless blogs. You've been given advice and told stories by everyone from your mom to the random woman at the grocery store. And yet - the thought of getting through your pregnancy may still seem a bit daunting! We get it.
This workshop will help you work through known and unknown feelings and symptoms which can come up during any pregnancy. It's very common to experience anything from nausea, dizziness and swelling to anxiety and fears. Yoga teacher and therapist, Sarah Harmon, will lead you through a 60-minute practice to learn a variety of tools including breath, movement and mindfulness to help work with common aches/pains, stressors and fears. Boston NAPS will then conclude with a 30-minute Q&A to help answer any questions you may have about common ailments encountered during pregnancy, ways to manage those ailments, and tips for a healthy, low-stress pregnancy. Join us to find new ways to connect with your baby and your body's ability to take care of you both. This workshop is suitable for all trimesters.
