Your Best Self Before Babies: A pre-pregnancy yoga workshop

Spring is a symbolic point in the year when we dedicate time to clear out and start fresh and new. As we start this new season, we welcome you to the studio in a very special workshop dedicated to women who are beginning a new phase of life - planning for baby! 

This 90 minute workshop focuses on the phase before pregnancy and to those who have already begun the process of "trying". The first 60 minutes of class, led by Sarah Harmon, will be centered on self-love, acceptance, and self-awareness of body, mind, and spirit. Through yoga, breath, and meditation, you will leave class with the tools to manage the sometimes stressful (and overlooked) process of thinking about or trying to get pregnant.

The class will conclude with a 30 minute Q&A with the co-founders of Boston NAPS, Emily Silver, a women's health nurse practitioner, and Jamie O'Day, a maternal/child health RN. This discussion will focus on understanding the female body before pregnancy and a guide on assisting you with the pre-pregnancy and conception process.
